About Visit:

The department of computer engineering and information Technology organized a one day industrial visit to eInfochips, Ahmedabad on 25th April 2018 for B .Tech 4th & 6th Semester / M. Tech 2nd Semester (CE/IT) students.

The visit was organized with the prior permission and guidance of principal Dr. Kiran R. Amin and HODs, Prof. Rakesh D. Vanzara(IT) and Prof. Paresh M. solanki (CE) , Along with the support of faculty members Prof. Keyurbhai A Jani (IT Dept.) , Prof. Zalak S Prajapati (CE Dept.) and 55 students of B. Tech /M. Tech  Computer  Engineering and Information Technology. The combined effort of all such with great support from E-infochips team members.

The brief about Journey:

1. We started traveling from UVPCE, Ganpat Vidyanagar Campus to eInfochips, Ahmedabad at   9.50 AM on 25th April, 2018.

2. We reached to eInfochips, Ahmedabad Industry Park at 11:20 AM.

3. The Team of eInfochips, Ahmedabad welcomes us with a great feel in mind and tea is offered   to all of us.

4. Project Manager assist us in providing information about company and its projects, in addition the working environment of IT companies. Company has provided a good and hygienic food to students. After getting lunch, Company Executive addresses the students and creates a good interactive session where students have asked questions about IT industries. Executive has answered them very politely. With great memories in mind, we started our journey back towards UVPCE at 3:25 P.M. We reach at college around 4:40 PM.

Summary of Experience:

It was a good experience, which has provided exposure to the B. Tech 4th Semester /6th  Semester/ M. Tech 2nd Semester students with industrial life. The students are benefited in terms of the technical details provided by the company on an important part of Recruitment Policy by Company and Various Career Opportunities in industries. The students and faculty members have enjoyed the technical endeavor at this organizations a lot. The company persons also appreciated our students after the question answer sessions. Visit seems to be very informative and gives good learning experience. It was the unique example of Education & Entertainment. Students were well mannered and disciplined throughout the tour and no injury or anything bad happened during the industrial tour. List of students of this industrial visit is attached here with.

Students Feedback:

The guiding faculties on site were very supportive to all students. We all get benefited and bring a positive change in our thinking and practical behavior regarding education and specially engineering in IT field. We, the Students of B. Tech 4th & 6th Semester (CE/IT) as well as M. Tech 2ndSemester (CE/IT) are extremely thankful to Principal, Dr. Kiran R. Amin and Prof. Rakesh D. Vanzara (HOD, Information Technology), Prof. Paresh M Solanki (I/c HOD, Computer Engineering). We would also like to specially thank Prof. Keyurbhai A Jani (Asst. Prof.) and Prof. Zalak S Prajapati (Asst. Prof) coordinators of this industrial visit for providing a full-fledged support in all aspects during the entire visit.
