Electronics And Communication Engineering
Electronic and Communication Engineering aims at cultivating competent engineers who can take a leading role in academic advances and creative technical development. The future scope areas are semiconductor and integrated circuit design; information communication and radio wave environment; multimedia and signal processing; and computer and automation - so the course is providing systematic education in the highly advanced science of the 21st century.
Information Technology
The rapid growth of technology and society's growing dependence on communication systems information processing have made Information more influential in our everyday lives than ever before. The broad subject concern with all aspect of managing and processing information, especially within large organization or company. Because computer are central to information management, computer department within companies and universities are often called IT departments. This itself reveals the scope of this department.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical engineering is a field where engineers research theories of conversion / delivery of energy and design / production of machinery, and try to commercially utilize those theories in close cooperation with other engineering fields. The Major trains students to study basic principles and applications of mechanical engineering so they can have the ability to systematically analyze, to comprehensively design, and to apply their knowledge to the related fields as professional engineers.
Mechatronics Engineering
Mechatronics is the synergistic combination of mechanical engineering, electronics engineering and software engineering. The purpose of this interdisciplinary engineering field is the study of automata from an engineering perspective and serves the purpose of controlling advanced hybrid-systems. Modern mechanical systems are characterized by the extensive integration of sensors, electronics and computers in their operational environment. This integration is essential to meet the increasing demands of customers on the functionality, flexibility and reliability of industrial and commercial products. The course covers the depicted aspect to meet the requirement of professional engineers.
Bio-Medical Engineering Biomedical engineering is a discipline concerned with the development and manufacture of prostheses , medical devices , diagnosis devices , drugs and other therapies. it is more concerned with biological , safety and regulatory issues then other forms of engineering. it may be define as " the application of engineering principles and techniques to the medical fields"
